I am a loving Christian mom and caregiver and I am looking for a family that is flexible with location. I am willing to be flexible with the hours.  I am looking for wages between $15.00 -$20.00 an hour.  I am willing to work with your family to find something that we are both comfortable with.  I will provide a healthy home environment with lots of play, rest, and exercise.  Unlike the daycare environment I will cater to their body’s natural schedule to play, eat, and sleep.  I can provide references upon request.  I am willing to submit to a background check. I love to have fun but I also expect that children should have reasonable boundaries and be obedient.  I believe children learn by play, exploration and structure. When a child has healthy boundaries and guidelines mixed with lots of love and fun they will become amazing adults and able to succeed in life.   I have Read more 9 years of professional experience and 15+ years of life experience in child care.  I was a nanny for one family with two children for 5 years.  During the time I was a nanny I cared for their first child from an infant up to 5 years old and the second child from infant up to 2 years old.  I maintained the cleanliness of the home, washed the children’s clothing, provided healthy meals and snacks, and ran errands for the family.  I managed daily household needs.  I cared for the children on a few weekends every year in my home.    I was an assistant director at our church's child care center for 2 years. During that time I worked in every age group as lead caregiver and teacher from infant to pre-preschool.  This included lesson planning and ensuring that the employees were adhering to state regulations.  During my time in the child care center I began my education for early childhood degree.  I love children and they seem to love me also even when they don't know me. I have worked in the children’s ministry at my church for approximately 11 years.  My husband and I worked in the youth ministry since for 5 years. I have baby-sat for many different families over the years and I have always had satisfied customers.  I am looking for a family that is flexible and is willing to allow me to care for their children in my home.  I would also be willing to spend time at your home for service appointments or weekly housework you may need completed.  I am willing and able to take children to appointments and/or activities. I am a loving caregiver and loyal caregiver.
