Hello my name is Alexus Phelan, I’m a 21 year old I’m currently enrolled in at Washtenaw community college majoring in child care development and communications. Ever since I could remember I’ve had a love for teaching and helping kids. Since the age of 18 I’ve been professionally babysitting and nannying. And it has been considered a lifestyle for me ever since. I had a nanny growing up that I absolutely adored and treated me as her own, which is what inspired me to choose this as a career path. My goal is to eventually open up my own day care so I’m able to not only help one family but a lot more. I’m very patient and out going. I’m very good at communication and I’m skilled in child psychology. I’m very open minded and non judgmental. I’m also very understanding so I’m really easy to talk to.
