Meet Marissa

I’ve been working with kids since I was 17 as an instructor and leader. My experience includes working with ages K-6 at a coding academy, a trampoline park, and the Boys and Girls Club. I have also been babysitting and tutoring family members and family friends since I was all my life. Through my years of experience working and creating connections with children from a wide array of demographics I have developed a wide array of skills and knowledge in areas including: recognizing and meeting children’s needs, inspiring development, sparking engagement, building confidence by empowering individual strengths, the value of creativity in learning and play, and conducting occasional hyperactivity. Along with my experience teaching children, I also have a passion for creativity, which I believe will be very advantageous in empowering kid’s curiosity about the world around them.
