Hi my name is Claire, I just got married this summer and have an adorable cat name Theo. I love animals, and spending time outdoors. I have worked in childcare for three years professionally. But I've been babysitting on the side ever since I was 16. I have worked at a daycare center as a full-time teacher for two years. I have spent time in every single classroom, but specialize in toddlers. I have lots of experience in potty training, and dealing with high energy kids. I'm used to writing a lesson planning curriculum each week, and having no screen time in the classroom with 14+ kids. Which means l've learned how to get creative, be flexible, and I know how to get out of sticky situations. I have decided to stop working at my daycare, because I see how being at a daycare can affect the kids. Not one Read more of my students can get my full attention at any point in time. Which is not fair for them or for me. I want to work somewhere where I can help kids thrive and grow. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have a two-year degree, and two semesters of early education under my belt. I plan to become a kindergarten teacher in the future. I'm hoping to get a nanny job where I can make a big difference in some kids lives.
