Hello everyone! My name is Kate, I'm 34 years old and have been baby sitting since I was teen. I grew up in Minnesota, lived in Milwaukee for 4 years and now live in Phoenix! I currently work full time for the University of California San Francisco as an IT Analyst. For fun I enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, biking, going to movies. Since I was a teenager I have been a babysitter. Prior to moving to Phoenix I babysat for 3 years for a family in Milwaukee (3 girls ranging in age from 2-10) in the evenings almost as a nanny type role. The father was a cop and worked second shift and the mother traveled for work so I responsible for picking the kids from school, helping with school work, bedtime routines, and taking care of the family dog. I am a fun outgoing person and I get along very well with children and pets! I know how to be kind, yet not a push over. When it comes to my style of babysitting I usually tend to keep the kids busy with games, going outside if allowed, reading, or fun things. If you become comfortable with me, I also sometimes would take the kids to movies or other adventures. I try to get them away from the their TV's and Electronics and get them to enjoy other activities if I can.
