Brittany is a calm, competant and caring. She loves kids, and has a warm loving air about her that children respond too. She kids the kids interested in the outdoors, takes them on hikes and adventures. I was especially impressed with her firm gentle way of setting limits. We had an unusal situation with three great nephews who were placed in a safety placement with us. We hired Brittany to help us with these 3 boys, 12, 10 and 6, who were unused to routine, limits, and guidance. She stepped into a challenging situation with grace and ease. The kids responded very postitively to her warmth and positivity. She is fun but firm. She is very responsible, always on time. Willing to cook, do light housekeeping, get the kids away from the sceens! and media. She gets the kids doing creative projects and playing board games. She asks them questions and builds a strong relationship. I was very impressed with her parenting skills, she clearly has a great deal of experience with kids. She is empathetic and kind. You will be so relieved to have her in your home, my husband and I were. We are older and her knowledge and wisdom helped us create a healthy environment for the kids while they were staying temporarily in our home. If you hire her, your child or children will be safe, happy, and have fun.
