Hi there! My name is Mikinzie. I have been working with children of various ages for the last 12 years. I love being active, going outside, and planning out fun activities (arts, crafts, outings, etc). I also have experience working with families with different cultures, views, and religious beliefs. I love to research and find out more about what your family desires your child(ren) to learn and experience. In the past, I have come up with plenty of crafts and activties that go along with these themes and have had plenty of fun creating these plans and implementing them. I have experience as an aid at the Bunny Patch Daycare, YMCA Kids Club, and a substitute at the YWCA Early Childhood Center. I also worked exclusively with a family for about 8 years as a nanny. I am CPR certified and have First Aid training. I make sure I always stay up to date on this. I do have a 2-year-old, but he typically has care available. However, if needed, I would love to find a family that would be comfortable with me bringing him if necessary.
