Hi! My name is Alexa Aagenes, and I will be graduating this May with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of St. Thomas. I’m a compassionate, responsible, and dependable caregiver who truly enjoys working with children of all ages. I began babysitting in high school, caring for neighborhood children ranging from ages 2–10. Since then, I’ve expanded my experience through both childcare and healthcare roles. I worked as a Personal Care Assistant in a nursing home, where I developed strong skills in patience, attentiveness, and providing safe, compassionate care. During college, I also nannied for a family with a newborn and a two-year-old, gaining hands-on experience with infant care, toddler routines, and managing multiple children. Through my nursing education, I have completed pediatric clinical rotations and hold current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
