I absolutely love kids. I often joke that it is my calling to be a mother. I love to be silly, goofy and fun but I also know how to be serious when needed. I understand that kids need boundaries but also their freedom to learn and explore. Many people have told me that I am great with kids and I like to believe they are correct. I don't consider nannying to be a job because it is something that I love and enjoy so much! I am great at cooking and cleaning and making sure that I leave the house just as I had found it, if not better. I love doing arts and crafts, playing outside, reading stories, and making up new games. I have had some education in regards to working with kids. In high school I took an Elementary Mentoring class where I worked hand in Read more hand with students doing homework, working on projects and assisting a teacher. I also became CPR and first aid certified last year. Although I am not lifeguard certified, I was a part of the school swim team so I have proficient abilities in the water.
