I graduated from Alexandria Technical College in December 2022, where I studied early childhood education. I am now attending SMSU to finalize a four year degree in early childhood education! I have extensive background in childcare varying from nannying and babysitting since middle school, being an assistant preschool teacher, being an infant/toddler teacher, and being a classroom lead in a K-5th grade summer program. I was an intern in a Montessori school, and I absolutely loved the method. I am a firm believer in child-led education, minimal to no screens, and spending as much time outside as possible! I was an infant/toddler teacher over the summer, and had such a fulfilling time! That age range is so fun! I am CPR/AED/First Aid Certified. I also have my SUID/SIDS/AHT training. Both of these are up to date, I can provide documentation if you’d like!
