I find myself laughing the hardest and smiling the brightest when I am with children. I truly enjoy working with children. I see myself as both a student and teacher of life, love, and laughter. I recognize the balance and reciprocation needed between those I serve and myself in order to create a constructive relationship. I appreciate the need to encourage children through positive reinforcement and acknowledgment of good behavior, and also fully understand the importance of limit setting and consistent discipline.
