Hello! My name is Jessica and I'm 27 years old. Over the years I have been a nanny, an educator, and a child care worker. I recently finished graduate school in Chicago, and I'm back in Minneapolis. I work in nonprofit admin and taken on extra babysitting work on the occasional nights and weekends. I've been a full time nanny for several summers. I worked for one family full time during the summer, and part time during the school year for two years. There were three children from 11 to 5 years old. Each of them had very specific allergies I had to adhere to, and one of the boys had Asperger's Syndrome. I received training and certification from the Red Cross in relation to Autism and Asperger's at that time. While in college, I worked as a child care worker at an accredited child development center for over a Read more year. I mainly worked in the preschool aged classroom with about twenty 3-4 year olds. I'm certified in CPR, child's CPR, the heimlich manuever, and infant care. I worked at the University Child Development Center for 2 years, while I was in school. I primarily worked in the preschool classrooms, but worked with infants and toddlers as a substitute child care worker when help was needed.
