My name is Rae Retzlaff and I have been been babysitting children since I was 14 years old. I have had experience working with and babysitting children who have special needs and behavioral issues. I have taken care of children as young as 6 months to as old as 12 years old. I just graduated from Penn State with a degree in Psychology and minor in Child Maltreatment & Advocacy Studies. I have had multiple volunteer and internship experiences working with children, in addition to managing crisis situations. I consider myself very positive, upbeat, responsible, and mature. My goal in the future is to be a Social Worker or Counselor for young children!

Rae started babysitting for our 3 kids back in November and she seemed great. She completely stopped responding to us in January, not letting us know if she was ok or just didn’t want to babysit anymore. I still haven’t heard back from her. For that I had to give 3 stars- as the sudden non-communication is very immature and irresponsible.
