Hi there! My name is Yolanda- I go by Nana (my life long nickname and a nice plus is that it is easier for the kiddos to pronounce). I work full time as a Research Project Manager at the UofM. When I'm not working I enjoy biking, exploring the many lakes in the Twin cities, and spending time with friends. I have a variety of experience with children ranging from ages 4 to `17. This includes working as an Aftercare Supervisor for a elementary school where I was tasked with watching, facilitating play and activities', and assisting with homework completion for 35-40 children ( I had another colleague with me of course!). I also have extensive experience tutoring children aged 6 to 17. I enjoy chatting with kids and getting to know their personalities, I am happy to participate in play or to sit back and give space if that Read more is what your child prefers. I am comfortable with snack/meal prep for kids and any additional tasks that you might require during the babysitting session. I have a car and can travel. While most of my experience is sitting for children between the ages of 4 and up, I am absolutely open to sitting children younger than this.
