Hi, my name is Abagail. I have some experience with children and am really looking to gain more over the summer. I am very calm, kind, and caring. On paper I have all the necessary qualifications, I am CRP, AED, First aid, and lifeguard certified, and I have my own car, am open to doing house chores and taking the children places, and I have a valid drivers license. I want to work with kids more this summer to gain experience as my desired field after college is in medicine, neuroscience specifically, and I am trying to gage whether or not I want to be working with patients on the daily, or working more behind the scenes. Additionally I would love to spend more time around kids this summer as it instills a great sense of responsibility and care in me, as I am the one taking care of a Read more precious child. I also find that spending time with children allows me to be more outgoing and fun, and it restores a piece of my childhood in me that I miss greatly. One of the reasons I believe I would be a good candidate if given the opportunity is due to my strong work ethic as well as my structured personality. I feel that especially with young children it is important to have a routine and schedule, and I am very good at following a set schedule and making sure that things go to plan so you can rest easy knowing what we will be doing while you are gone. I may not have the most experience in childcare but I would love the opportunity to learn and grow the part of myself that is nurturing and caring. I am a fast learner and quick to adapt, and for those reasons I'm hoping you will consider me for the position. :)
