Hi families! I've been caring for children since I was 16 years old, and now at 19, I’ve built experience with a wide range of age groups—from infants and toddlers to pre-K children. I've also had the opportunity to work with children on the autism spectrum, which has taught me how important it is to be patient, understanding, and attentive to individual needs. I also have experience caring for children who do not have special needs and are developmentally on track, so I’m comfortable adapting to different personalities and routines. Working in a daycare setting has made me confident in my ability to manage multiple children at once—even handling a room of 16 kids on my own. It showed me how crucial it is to stay calm, organized, and patient, especially in fast-paced environments.
