I have been working with kids across various settings for over ten years. I began babysitting when I was 11, and have been babysitting ever since. I had many families that I babysat for regularly throughout high school. Additionally, I taught Vacation Bible School, Sunday school, and worked in the nursery at my church. My senior year of high school, I started nannying for a family regularly after school. This turned into a summer nanny job that lasted for three summers. For two summers during college, I worked as a teacher assistant at the preschool program within Edina Public Schools. The summer after my freshman year of college, I worked as a camp counselor, working with 2nd and 3rd graders at Lake Wapogasset Lutheran Bible Camp. I studied Elementary Education and Spanish at Winona State University and graduated last May. Last summer, I worked as a full time nanny for Read more a family with three kids. This past fall, I began working as a 5th grade teacher at Forest Elementary within Robbinsdale Area Schools. I have always loved working with kids and have sought out many opportunities to do so.
