Hi y'all! My name is Talia, and I am a current freshman at Saint Olaf College, where I am double majoring in Social Studies Education and Political Science. I've known pretty much my entire life that I loved working with kids, and that's why I'm studying to be a teacher. I'm passionate about helping kids grow and develop into their best selves, and absolutely love watching littles figure things out -- the moment when something clicks in their brain is my favorite thing to see. In the past, I've worked as a nanny for a family of 3, and have babysat kids of varying ages. I've also worked at a daycare center in the infants room, taking care of babies aged 6 weeks old to 18 months, and have worked as a camp counselor for an elementary school summer camp, and have taught dance classes to kids from 4 years Read more old to middle school. In short, I have a very diverse background in childcare, and I use my experience to help your kids as much as I can. A few random fun things about me: I'm addicted to coffee and matcha lattes, I've been a dancer for 14 years and am on a dance scholarship at school, I graduated as Moorhead High School valedictorian of 2020, I love to listen to true crime podcasts and love reading nonfiction.
