I became a caregiver/pca at the age of 15, My uncle asked me if i wanted to start a babysitting job for my cousin on the autism spectrum. I was employed by lifeworks for 3 years and I would spend a couple hours at least one day a week making sure he got off of the bus, making sure he tooks his medication and making sure he did his schoolwork. I love being around kids, playing board games and watching movies. I stopped doing pca work because my cousin decided he wanted to be independent, but I would love to become a caregiver again!
