Great, reliable, flexible and more. I had a work trip and a last minute cancelation leaving me without anyone to watch my kids. Steph jumped right in and did such a great job. This kids and pets all liked her very much. I ended up having to stay 1 more day & Steph coverd that for me as well. Quite the life saver!
