Hi! I have babysat for different families for as long as I can remember. I have been a nanny, an as-needed babysitter, and employed by a childcare facility. My most recent experience is a nanny position for two children. I worked for their mom from 2013 to 2018 (when I moved to St. Louis for school.) Here, I gained experience with a high school aged child. This mostly consisted of driving him to practice or providing off the clock services if he called me during the day. These two children became more like siblings to me and knew I was always there if they needed anything. This past summer, I began babysitting for a family with a (barely) 4-month-old baby, a 2 1/2-year-old, and a 10-year-old. My experience with children of all ages allowed me to be successful here. Lastly, I worked at a childcare facility, Kingwood First Baptist Church, Read more as a childcare provider for about 2 years (when working 3 jobs while attending school full time became overwhelming.) There, I watched children as young as 1 month old. I also gained experience with children with special needs here. I ONLY charge extra for children that are not part of your immediate family. I would be more than happy to provide anyone interested with contact information to speak with these families and/or the childcare facility. These positions were in Kingwood, TX and Atascocita, TX. Some additional info about me: - I am very allergic to cats. - I am attending SLU full-time. - My long-term goal is to become a Nurse Practitioner. - I love working with children; I plan to go into pediatrics, preferably neonatal. I love helping those whom are unable to help themselves.
