I am passionate about working with children because I love helping them discover their core values, find their voice, and explore their purpose in life. Encouraging students to try new things, view the world from different perspectives, and simply enjoy the process of learning is at the heart of my approach. I have experience working with children ranging from infancy to age 11, including in-home ABA therapy, supporting diverse behaviors, and fostering emotional regulation. While working in the Blue Valley School District, I have worked 1:1 with students with a variety of learning experiences, creating personalized lessons and learning tools tailored to their capabilities. I enjoy designing fun and engaging activities that make learning both exciting and meaningful, often using naturalistic teaching strategies to integrate learning into everyday activities. Beyond educational support, I also assist with home management tasks such as watering plants, feeding pets, light cleaning, and running errands. Read more I enjoy taking children to activities like the park or out for a treat, providing enriching experiences outside of structured learning. I am actively pursuing my BA in Elementary Education, having completed coursework in learning sciences, communication, and integrated sciences. I am well-versed in child development theories, including Piaget and Erikson, and am seeking my CPR and First Aid certifications to further ensure a safe and supportive environment for the children in my care. I am dedicated to helping children grow, explore, and thrive, creating learning experiences that are both meaningful and joyful.
