Hello there! My name is Grace Renfer and I am a 7th semester Nursing student at the University of Missouri, Columbia. I am looking to grow my experience in childcare as my ambition is to become an ER nurse and children are such an important population! I consider myself to be knowledgeable about health and early childhood development through my studies. As of this month (May 2022) I have just finished my pediatric rotations and coursework! I am also CPR and AED certified through my nursing school. I’ve done a fair amount of babysitting over the years, and most recently I nannied daily last year during the school year. I also volunteered regularly with the First Tee of St. Louis and the Latino Crisis Nursery. These experiences have enhanced my skills and knowledge that I hope to keep using.
