Hello! My name is Bri I am currently a full-time student at Mercyhurst University. I am a double major and an athlete (water polo). I used to volunteer at a faith community church to babysit 0-2-year-olds while their parents were in service. I love meeting new people and watching kids. When I am home from school I work full-time throughout the week at future foundations childcare and preschool. I consider myself very creative and I love to learn and paint. Growing up I was a very crafty kid and I enjoy sharing my love with others. While I love watching movies and shows I enjoy quality time with other people including going on walks, playing outdoors, trips to the zoo or just hanging around the house and making drawings. I am looking for a weekend job. I can work Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday ( I just need notice in advance for my other job). While I do have experience with children in daycare I also have experience with older children (Ages 6-12). I will only be available from the end of May through the end of August. i am comfortable with pets but I am allergic to cats.

I have been working with children for over 20 years in different roles. I started babysitting as a teenager, and in my 20s started working with children with Autism. I have used positive reinforcement, 1-2-3 Magic, and redirecting to encourage healthy behaviors. I have a degree in Social Work and as a professional I am familiar with child development, and worked as a Parent Educator. I'm trained in Parents As Teachers, Circle of Security, and First Aid and CPR, among numerous other trainings. I understand child development benchmarks and milestones, and know how to facilitate the development a childs emerging skills through play. Working in Family Preservation, as a Social Worker, was what I loved the most about my career. Helping families stay together, where children can grow and learn in a natural, supportive, loving environment was one of the most meaningful ways I could use my education. Now being semi retired, providing childcare is my way of continuing the most rewarding part of my career. I love to cook, docrafts, am imaginative and artistic, and able to keep kids engaged in activities. My hope is to find a client where i can be of service to the family and enjoy watching the kids learn and grow. Many of the families I have worked with Im still in contact and maintain friendships. Hello! My name is Madeline and I have always had a passion to take care of children because I come from a big family. I have volunteered to take care of kids since I was about 9 and started working with kids on my own when I was 15. I am now going to school for my early childhood and elementary education degree.

I have absolutely loved spending time with children, since I can remember. On Sundays I volunteer at my church in the children’s ministry. I take care of children from ages 0-7 but I am also trained to care for children older than that. I have cared for children since I was a teenager, occasionally babysitting for friends, and family. My favorite part about being a sitter is watching the children learn, and experience things for the first time.
