Carolina was one of the best childcare providers we have ever had and I truly hope we get to work with her again. She cared for our six month old for a week and made such a positive impression on our whole family. She followed directions really well but what stood out even more was how she took initiative and went above and beyond without needing to be asked. She was very independent and handled everything with confidence which gave us so much peace of mind. Our daughter clearly loved her and was happy and comfortable in her care. I cannot recommend Carolina enough and am so glad we hired her.
