I am CPR/FIRST AID certified! I am fully vaccinated against COVID including the booster. I have some other certifications and classes completed message if you'd like the list! I have my own means of transportation and I'm comfortable driving children around for errands and taking/picking up from school. I am comfortable with pets. I'm experienced in caring for infants up to 13 years of age. I have 8 years of professional experience and 11 years unprofessional experience. I worked at my churches daycare for 6 years, then worked as an Early Childhood Educator at a daycare for 3 years, where I mainly worked in the infant room or the 2-5 room. I then worked at a preschool as the Lead Teacher over the 2-3s room for 1.5 years. I was a Nanny to twin boys and was with the family for almost 3 years. I just ended my position as Read more a nanny and Household Manager to a 3 year old boy. My duties have consisted of taking him to his weekly therapy appointments, pickup and drop off for school, taking him to all of his classes and clubs, coordinating daily outings to parks, splash pads, and indoor places (Thinkery, Mt. Playmore, Indigo Play, and etc.), and many other duties! My Household Manager job consists of me making appointments, grocery order and pickup (if needed), household appointments or maintenance, errands, and etc! I regularly travel with the family when they go out of town and make sure to have activities planned in the various places we go. That position just ended, so I'm looking for something new moving forward. I have experience in Montessori teaching style, RiE approach, in teaching shapes, numbers, letters, colors, etc. I'm also experienced in meal prep and potty training. Some of my favorite things to do with kiddos are going to the park and splash pads , going for walks, exploring new places, going to the library, and etc!
