I have already accepted an after school care position that I will be starting in August of 2016. But I am available to babysit for anyone needing care on Saturday's. I am willing to do all day on Saturday's and every week if needed throughout the year! I was a part time nanny in the summer of 2015 for 2 boys, ages 5 and 7. I watched them at their house primarily, went to the pool with them and their mother, did crafts, games, and educational activities, and played outside. I loved watching them and was constantly busy! I'm not a nanny or babysitter that is on electronics while watching children. Even after they were put to bed and the parents were okay with me watching television, I spent my time cleaning on top of what the mother asked to make it easier on her. I genuinely love children and Read more people. I also have worked with people with disabilities and special needs for the last 2 years and have gained experience and knowledge from doing so. On top of that, I have worked various babysitting jobs with my family and family friends in high school. I have ten brothers and sisters and seven of them are significantly younger than I, so I helped watch them a lot. I am CPR and First Aid certified through my job I currently work at and I have also been trained in other techniques that can be used for children with or without disabilities. I will be attending college in Kansas City starting in August, but I am looking for another part time position for anyone interested in a recurring date night sitter!
