I am 30 years old and have been babysitting since before I graduated high school. I also have several years of nanny experience for an infant and another job working for twin 1.5 year-olds. I was an Early Childhood Education major at UMKC for 3.5 years before changing my major just before graduation to Liberal Arts with a Political Science minor. Currently, I take two kids (9 and 15) to school every day while their mom is deployed. Throughout undergrad I regularly babysat for several families with multiple kids younger than 10. I worked at Wonderscope Children's Museum as a Program Specialist where I planned activities for kids under 8. I was also troop leader for the outreach program at Girl Scouts before being promoted to Team Lead, where I oversaw other outreach program leaders, led my own troops and also was the main point of contact for parents. I Read more have two nieces, ages 2 and 5, and I often babysit for them while my sister and her husband have date nights. I recently graduated with a Master's in Public Administration, and while I'm looking for the perfect full-time job, I would love to help out your family by babysitting. I'm outgoing, always willing to join in the fun, and I'm experienced in dreaming up new engaging activities for kids as well as making familiar experiences more fun! I also have two dogs and two cats at home, so I'm very comfortable with pets in the home.
