As the youngest of ten children I became an aunt from a very young age. Growing up I loved watching my nieces and nephews and begged my siblings to let me babysit any chance I got. As soon as I turned sixteen I took a nannying job and nannied for that family until I went to college. Going into college I knew I wanted to do something with kids but was not set on what that was. I took a job my freshman year teaching pre-schoolers online since it was 2020 and COVID was crazy. The summer after my freshman year of college I took a camp counselor job on the East Coast where I was also a nanny for one of the workers on the camp. This family I nannied for immediately became a second family to me and I had the best summer of my life getting to Read more work at that camp. My sophomore year I worked in my schools child development lab and then that summer I went back to the summer camp. This year I am currently babysitting for a family and looking for my next summer adventure. Being around kids has always brought me so much joy. Watching them grow up before my eyes and getting to form relationships with not only them but their families as well is unlike anything else. I want to find a new family to love!
