The bulk of my experience comes from being the mother of two wonderful children: Stormie-9 and Daemien-11 months. I know how hard it is to leave them with anyone else, even family, and have almost impossibly high standards and a very short "approved" list of caretakers. I have found many parents are faced with either settling, or limiting themselves. Don't do either! I am here to help! I attended Emporia State University for English and Communications education, and was the student coordinator for the Educational Theatre Company. I have been a camp counselor and student volunteer supervisor, a paraprofessional, and a girl scout assistant troop leader. Presently, I am an infant educator at a Lee's Summit Montessori school on weekdays from 8:45 to 5:45. I am primarily looking to share my evenings and weekends with children whose parents need a night out or have a non-traditional work schedule. Late nights Read more are no problem. Overnights are a definite possibility. Other qualifications: Prefer outdoor fun and crafts to screentime ServeSafe certified Professional experience housekeeping and food preparation As comfortable teaching Calculus as I am introducing the alphabet Balloon animal artist Costumer, Pinata-maker, Stuffed Animal creator, Seamstress Will not read without doing the voices And more...!!!! Daemien will almost always be with me, and Stormie may depending on the day. However, I can provide several references of pleased parents whose (up to 4) children come away knowing they are all my "favorite." I do not control chaos, I orchestrate it so that each child still has their own voice and best individual experience. I have read the articles and lived the experiences, but I also know that every child and every home is different. I want get to know you and your children so that I can best complement what you are already creating for them. Thank you for the opportunity! I look forward to meeting you and your children soon!
