My mom has run an in-home daycare since before I was even born and I grew up assisting with care for children. While I did not pursue it as a life's passion, I have always had a special place for young children in my heart. I am perfectly used to food allergies and automatically look at all food labels out of habit since my god daughter whom I am with regularly, has an allergy to just about everything. I am no stranger to gross things that kids may find or produce. I have tutored children from pre-kindergarten up to high school level and have a high patience with any child. I have assisted with slow learners because I know how to make it fun for them.
