In my spare time, I like to crochet, hang out with my pets (I have 2 cats and 5 parrots), or being in nature! I like working with kids because of their curiosity and energy. I can be creative and help be a part of their growth :) Ideally I would love to build a good relationship with the parents and the kids so something long term is what I want.

I have about 7 years of childcare experience with children of all ages and abilities; 4 of those years were in a daycare setting. I have sat for a neighborhood couple who had a 5 month old son and a 1 yr old daughter, which were both left in my care on a continuous basis for about a year. I have 2 nieces, which I have sat for on a semi-continuous basis since they were newborns and they are now 13 and 14. I have also sat for a single mother whose 1 year old daughter I have cared for since she was a newborn. I have nannied for a couple who had a 2 year old boy and a 4 month old babygirl. I was a nanny for a family who had twins (boy,girl) and a 5 year old daughter. I was with this family for 2 years, but due to the father's job, they relocated to another state. I have an endless amount of experience with newborns/infants (even preemie). Anywhere from newborns/infants to toddler age is my preference but I do have experience with older kids. Majority of experience is with the younger age group!
