Hello all, I come from a Large family and me being the oldest, I definitely had to step up and play a bigger role in my younger years and even now! Being a caregiver can make a huge difference in people's lives. By providing companionship and emotional support, caregiving makes other's lives less lonely and more joyful. It also helps them stay connected with their community and remain independent for longer periods of time. Some strengths I have accumulated from my years on caring for others differ from compassion to optimism and to confidence.
