Hello families! My name is Alani, I am a college student currently majoring in Psychology pursuing my dream of becoming a Behavioral Therapist. I’ve worked with kids ages 6 months to 12 years old and also have experience with those who have mental and/or learning disabilities such as Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Non-Verbal communication, etc. Growing up as the eldest of three, I’ve always had a genuine passion for helping children. I’ve worked as an Assistant Caregiver for childcare centers and schools close to four years now. I am respectful of house rules and personal preferences for the children/parents. I’ve been told by many parents that I have motivated and inspired their children in different ways. Being part of transforming their well-being is one of the best feelings for me.
