Hi, my name is Cameron! I am 20 years old. I worked as a professional caregiver for 4 years and have experience with babysitting since the age of 11. I mainly worked with children and adults with developmental disabilities. I am super playful and fun loving! I love playing pretend, making up new games, or getting to know your children's favorites! I love playing outside! I I used to work for the Wisconsin Early Autism Project using Applied Behavior Analysis or "play therapy" to help children with autism develop life skills. I'm good at fostering a fun, educational environment. I have a neurological condition that makes me unable to walk much. I use a manual wheelchair. I am still capable though! I can chase your kid around in my chair or sit/crawl around on the ground with them. I can navigate stairs to get in and out of a home but I can't go up and down them regularly. I can stand for brief periods to reach things and do light housework/cooking. I have pretty much open availability right now. I don't have my own car but I have reliable transportation. I am CPR and first aid certified! I also have several specific caregiving certifications from previous jobs. Caregiving is my passion. One of my biggest life goals is to be a dad someday! Although I have different abilities than I used to I have learned to adapt and continue to find ways to do the things I love!
