Hey! My name is Kayla. I’m 24 years old and have always had a passion for working with kids. I’ve been babysitting since I was 15. My experience includes working with children age 6 weeks-11 years. I got my first childcare job in 2016 when I was 18. I worked as a Group Leader/ Site Director at an elementary school through the YMCA. I worked with kids age 5-11. After almost 3 years I decided to move onto preschool settings. I worked with kids age 6 weeks-5 years. I was an Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Floater. I’ve also nannied! I love building relationships with the kiddos and families I work with! It’s so important to have trust and respect while taking care of children!
