3 strikes: 1. Left early her first shift 2. No showed her second shift and claimed another urgent incident 3. Cancelled last minute for a morning shift which was her third and final shift when she had committed to taking the kids to School while we went to work leaving us high and dry in the morning without care. Unreliable, and inconsiderate. Would not hire again
