I like being a sitter because I’ve always been surrounded by kids, my younger sisters, my cousins, and the kids I help with in my Boy Scout Troop. I’ve often been the go-to person before the parents when the kids need something, and I really enjoy stepping into that role. I have lots of experience with children of all ages. Growing up, I help out with younger kids at church. But mostly through scouting, I’ve gained leadership experience, teaching younger scouts new badges, guiding them through challenges, and encouraging teamwork. These experiences have taught me patience, and how to create a fun but time for kids. Skills: - Leadership & teaching skills from being an Eagle Scout - Ability to plan and lead fun activities while keeping kids safe - Sense of responsibility and patience - Reliable and hardworking - First Aid knowledge/training
