I'm not a babysitter per se, but I have helped raised a wonderful 2 year old with my loving and caring wife. My experience is personal experience. In my opinion, this can be just as much of a learning lesson as training because it's real life and not just a job. When he was younger (new born to 1.5 yrs old), I took care of him in the afternoon (generally from 5pm to 10 pm) while mommy was working. This meant dinner time, bath time, and play time! We had a a lot of fun and still do today. Now, he's nearly 3 yrs old and it's amazing how much he's grown up and developed.
