My name is Erica. I have 4 children. I love children and helping them in any way I can. I've always worked with children. I first started babysitting when I was teenager. I use to babysit my cousins and from that point on this is what I've been doing. I graduated from high school in 2002 and I started working at a daycare with infants, moved from that daycare to another one and worked with toddlers and afterschool children. I then moved to work in Jackson Public School District and I worked there for 13 years until last year when I resigned to take a Director's Assistant position at a aftercare center where I am today. Working with children is my passion and its what I love to do.
