Hi my name is Kat Hughes, I am a 34 yr old Elementary Teacher, singer, poet and your child new mentor and trusted friend. I enjoy providing safe quality care for families and have an extensive background in working with children of all ages in both paid and volunteer positions during the school year and through summer camp programs as well as church functions. I am fond of military families as I grew up in one as well (my father served 20 years in the Air Force). I enjoy light housework such as helping children to tidy up their rooms and play areas, doing laundry and meal preps, grocery shopping. attending school programs or extra curricular activities and play time at the park. I believe in following routines and schedules to help the family have a productive day. I love story time and doing arts n crafts or movie night.
