I believe in disciplinary actions, such as, talking to the child explaining what they did wrong and why they are not aloud to do it. If the behavior is repeated then they get time out for 5 minutes. I do respect parents wishes, and I accept suggestions. I love caring for children and seeing what they take from me, making sure that the impact and experience with me are positive ones.
