A Little About Me I’m a 41-year-old male with years of experience caring for children of all ages, from 2 months to 14 years old, including kids with a wide range of special needs. While I haven’t been able to complete the background check through this site due to financial constraints, I’m happy to complete one before starting care. As i do have a clean background and driving record. I’ve also been a certified martial arts instructor for over 11 years, during which I’ve built strong relationships with my students and their families. Many of these families, along with others I’ve babysat for, are happy to provide references. Availability & Health Because of chronic health conditions (nothing contagious), I’m only looking to babysit occasionally in your home. I use a wheelchair due to mobility issues caused by a botched spinal surgery. I can walk short distances and drive, but more than a few stairs can be a challenge. I’ve adapted well to caregiving, including handling tasks for children, but I like to be upfront about this to ensure everyone is comfortable. Certifications & Skills My CPR and AED certifications are currently expired, but I can renew them if needed. I also have training and experience in administering injections, home IVs, and other medical care, thanks to my own life experience and background as an EMT-B, where I graduated top of my class. Since about the age of 14 I have always been around little children, my family and baby sitting for others ... I have always loved being around kids ... when I graduated high school I came to live with my brother and take care of my niece, she was about 3 yrs old ...then came my nephew it was the best... know I am married but have no children still wishing.. now I need a little extra money and say to myself why not make a little money doing something that I love... children
