I've had plenty of experience with children. Not only do I have 2 daughters of my own but I also have spent most of my younger years taking care of my many nieces and nephews. I understand that children thrive with a healthy balanced schedule and adult interaction is very important to a Childs development. I believe a good caregiver needs to stay actively involved with the child(ren) and not "just watch" them. I really enjoy helping and watching children learn and grow. Being a mother and caregiver brings me great joy and satisfaction .
