Once while on a foreign language study in Japan I had the privilege of student teaching a group of 1st and 5th graders and it was one of the best days of my life. I wasn't feeling well that day; however, the children's energy gave me new life. I worked as an instructor and assistant manager of a martial arts academy specializing in community outreach and developing young minds. It was the best job I ever had. I moved away from that job to go to school at MSU. There are a lot of children in my life: a one year old, a three year old, an eight year old. I also have a five month old shih tzu puppy.
