I became a child caregiver because I love how each day with children is different, none the same. I learn from them just as they learn from me. Being a Childcare provider is not a job in my opinion but who I am. I was told as early as high school that I should be a teacher. I found my perfect spot at Discovery Day Care and Pre School almost two years ago. In September it will be two years since my father passed away. During that point in my life I found my passion with working with kids. My father was happy to know that I had become a teacher and found my calling in life. Little did they know the kids I work with helped me through that very hard time in my life and continue to give me the strength I need to move forward.
