Children are so beautiful, precious, innocent, loving, kind, joyful, entertaining, and always reading to be spontaneous! I love children of all ages, and enjoy being engaged with children playing with a variety of games, indoors and outdoors, reading, tutoring, arts and crafts, music, dancing, cooking, baking, cleaning, allowing them to be themselves and grow with them which equates to age appropriate activities and learning. Keeping children safe is extremely important at all times. I'm more mature like a Granny Nanny! However, children keep me young in every way. Good communication between the parents, children, and myself is important. My position and role is to support the parents with the care of their child. Their standards and discipline need to be supported because consistency and good communication will build trust and cooperation in the child. A stable environment is provided by doing what's important for the children without confusion or chaos.
