I have been in childcare for 10 years as a babysitter, teachers aide, daycare employee, and nanny. I enjoy being a part of a child's life and I think it is important to be a good role model and teach proper behavior. I have babysat for 10+ years for several different families usually during nights and weekends. One year in high school I was a teachers aide for the special education preschool. The next year I did a work study program for half the day during my senior year in the same special education preschool. The first daycare I worked for was called Kid Corral, I was mainly in the preschool and after-school program and occasionally the infant room. The second daycare I worked for was called Center for Generations, I mainly worked in the infant room and preschool room as the lead teacher. I have been a nanny for Read more four different families. I love to interact and plan outings with the children at the park, story time, museum, swimming pool, library, etc. I also enjoy playing board games and doing art activities. I do light housekeeping and laundry while the children nap. The first family I worked for one year and I was a live in nanny. They had three boys, ages 7-years-old, 4-years-old, and 1-year-old. The second family I worked for was a summer time position and I worked several different summers they had two children, ages 4-years-old and 9-years-old. The third nanny family I worked for three years they had one boy, 3 months old. The fourth nanny position was a nanny share for two infants, ages 3-months-old and 4-months-old. I worked for a year and a half and then one family moved so I continued to work for the other family for another year and a half. I watched their three children ages 1 1/2 years old, 6 years old, and 9 years old. I am infant, child, adult CPR and First Aid certified. I have 18 hours of approved training hours through Montana Early Care and Education Career Development; HRDC. I love being a nanny and helping children grow and learn
