My name is Ruth and I am an 19 year old female who is available for babysitting or child watch in Summer 2015. Previous experience includes being a summer camp counselor watching campers ages 9-15 from 2011-2012 and a lifeguard watching young children throughout 2013. In addition, I have volunteer experience with the YMCA SoAR Afterschool Watch program and I coach a 4H club of girls ages 9-18. I am responsible for two younger siblings on a daily basis and love the experience of dealing with children, especially when given the chance to tutor them or help with homework. I am CPR/ AED and First Aid certified as well. Currently, I teach swim lessons at the YMCA for infants through adults. I have experience babysitting infants as well. Ruth is a kid's dream come true. She engages quickly with kids upon arriving for sitting. She's happy to play games and do activities with kids. My daughter has a fabulous time with her because she's so involved. My daughter feels awesome after having spent time with Ruth. Ruth is great with animals - I have 2 large dogs and they adore her. She has good judgment: I feel like she can definitely keep my daughter safe and make good decisions. She facilitates homework and chores, then helps fun time to happen. I would recommend Ruth 100% as a babysitter and also as a petsitter.
