Meet Tyiana

I am Tyiana, and I’m a warm, attentive, and experienced childcare provider with a passion for early childhood development. I’ve been working with children since 2020, starting my journey in childcare as a freshman in high school. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience caring for children from 6 weeks to 12 years old in a variety of settings, including summer recreation centers, early learning centers, and preschools. My background includes working at Learning Experience in Charlotte with toddlers, KinderCare with children ages infants to school-age, and a full year in the infant room at Le Petite Academy, where I cared for infants from 6 weeks through walking age. I am CPR, First Aid, and SIDS certified, and highly familiar with safe sleep practices and daily infant care routines. I’m skilled in supporting children’s developmental milestones, including potty training, sensory play, basic math concepts, sign language, and teaching shapes, colors, Read more and life lessons. I also excel in preparing bottles and meals, offering nurturing care, and maintaining clear, open communication with parents. Why nannying? While I’ve enjoyed working in childcare centers, I’m looking to transition to nannying for the opportunity to build stronger, one-on-one relationships with children and families. I value the ability to tailor care to a child’s individual needs and am currently studying ABA therapy, which has further strengthened my passion for supporting child development.
